I haven’t written here for a while and I apologize for that. I felt like this journal had to be something specific to the books published by Dragon Kaseraak Books, and frankly, after I published The Elven Comedienne, I didn’t have too much more to say. Starting today, however, I am going to repurpose this journal to hold just about anything I feel like writing about.
What can you expect to see here? Well, I’ve started to volunteer in Yosemite, so you might expect to see some writing about Yosemite here. I’m an avid follower of Apple, Inc., so you might see some amateurish commentary about Apple here (and goodness knows, we need more of that). I like pizza. I play a lot of D&D. And yes, I’ve written eight books, and have a few other ideas floating around, so I might write about those.
What prompted me to come back to write here was a sudden upturn in the sales of my books. I admit that I am horrible about marketing my books, so I haven’t really had any sales to speak of, until May of this year. I discovered recently that I have now sold a few dozen books through the Global Retail Network over the past few months. It’s not much, but it’s about ten times what I’ve sold since I' began selling the books, so I’m happy and very curious. If you’re one of the people who bought these books, please, drop me a line. I’d love to hear from you. It’s curious to me that about half the sales are in British Pounds, so I’m wondering if something happened over there to spur these sales.
They’re not much. They might buy me a pizza a month. But it’s intellectually gratifying.
In any case, there will be more content here shortly! I promise!
